Thanks for the mail and indeed , I am feeling elated to be among the elite class of 'bullet proof managers' across the globe.
The most exciting part of the BPM program was that it highlights the basic and fundamentals in an adorable manner. What we believe is 'known' is reinstated in a more firm and ingenious way in our mind . The mix of video session with the powerful and thought provoking ppt session ( which used to soak us in the subject matter of the video session in a nice way , to facilitate us in learning process) was superb.

I would reiterate that that there should be a mechanism by which the past BMP graduates are able to come to a platform ( either virtual , through net ) or real ( in form of a meeting ) where we are able to share our views or learnings on some pre decided topics .
